Under normal circumstances the stock
owner is able to provide an address list of all properties giving for each
address:

This listing is normally available in appropriate computer
format - E.g. MS Excel, ASCII delimited, DIF,
Where the survey is to be based on a sample we point out that
accuracy of extrapolated data records can be optimised through verifying with
known facts from existing records.
Client Liaison
Surveys are normally carried out in close
consultation with the appropriate Officers, as required. This would include
periodic consultation and meetings, at the stock owners offices to:-
