Report Outputs
A survey normally collects several million data items and
schedules hundreds of thousands of remedial action
requirements. Hard-copy reporting can only highlight key survey findings. The database
outputs provided by a survey, however, facilitate the enormous range of
individual and ad-hoc enquiries and reportings that would be required to explore
the full depth of the survey results
Hard copy reporting normally includes the following:-
 |
A comprehensive Surveyors Guide
giving briefing notes on data collection formats, procedures, access
arrangements, code of conduct, ‘customer care’ and an index to the
completion of survey pro-forma's |
 |
A Draft Report |
 |
A comprehensive Final Report that
presents the survey findings (in both graphic and tabular form) and provides
all necessary documentation to explain and support the recommendations |
 |
An Executive Summary Report
containing key information and recommendations and designed for wide
circulation |
 |
An Access Database Guide providing
a users guide for the operation and maintenance of the database outputs |
 |
Data sheets indexed appropriately
for ongoing reference |
All hard copy reports are also provided in electronic form
(generally as .pdf files) for ongoing reference and duplication.
